Bokeh Bushido is operated by Carlos Martinez, 107 South Fair Oaks Avenue, Ste 318, Pasadena, California 91105, United States. This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.
WHAT I COLLECT
When you fill in a form. Your email address, and whether you chose to receive my newsletter. I use this to send you the worksheet library link and, if you opted in, The Bushido Brief.
When you buy something. Your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by me.
When you contact me. Whatever you choose to put in the message.
Automatically. Standard analytics about visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.
WHAT I DO NOT DO
I do not sell your information. I do not rent or trade mailing lists. I do not run advertising on this site, and I take no brand sponsorships on the Bokeh Bushido channel.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
This site runs on Squarespace, which hosts the site, processes orders, stores form submissions, and sends my newsletter. Payments are processed by Squarespace's payment partners. Shop orders are passed to the supplier who prints and ships the item. Each of these handles your information under its own privacy terms and only to do the job it is doing.
COOKIES
This site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to gather the analytics described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the cart from working.
HOW LONG I KEEP IT
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Form submissions: until I no longer need them.
YOUR RIGHTS
Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or a country with similar law, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask for your data in a portable form, and to complain to your data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
I am based in the United States, and the services I use store data there. If you are writing from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and held in the US.
CHILDREN
This site is not intended for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
