THIS IS NOT THERAPY
I am a licensed clinical counselor, and that is my profession. It is not what is happening here.
The videos, worksheets, newsletters and everything else on this site are educational and reflective material for creative people. They are general in nature and are not clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using them does not create a therapeutic relationship between us, and I am not your counselor because you downloaded a worksheet or watched a video.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional where you live. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH THE WORKSHEETS
The worksheets are free, and they are yours to use. Print them, write on them, work through them, and share them with a friend who needs one.
Please do not sell them, republish them, put them behind your own signup form, present them as your own work, or use them in a paid programme without asking me first. If you would like to use one with a group or in a professional setting, email me. The answer is usually yes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The videos, worksheets, photographs, written material, the Bushi Creator Code, and the frameworks I have developed remain my property. Quoting a passage with attribution is welcome. Reproducing the work wholesale is not.
BUYING FROM THE SHOP
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change. Items are printed and shipped by a supplier, so delivery times vary by destination.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, email me within 30 days and I will put it right. Because items are printed to order, I cannot generally accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. Check the sizing information before ordering.
THE MEMBERSHIP
The Bokeh Bushido membership runs through YouTube's channel membership, under YouTube's own terms and billing. The companion app is available to members. Membership questions relating to billing are handled by YouTube.
EMAILS
If you give me your email address you will receive the worksheet library link. You will receive the newsletter if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
This site links to YouTube and other places I do not control. I am not responsible for what is on them.
NO GUARANTEES
The site and its materials are provided as they are. I have made them with care, but I cannot promise particular results from using them, and I cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free.
